(Kitco News) – Gold prices have lost modest early gains in late-morning price action Wednesday, at the same time the U.S. dollar index and the U.S. stock indexes have pushed to or near their daily highs. Don’t look for serious selling pressure in the gold market today, ahead of some key U.S. and world economic data out Thursday and Friday. April gold futures were last down $3.10 at $1,312.00.
